Here we will explain how to use Cities: Skylines with Crowd Control. This pack requires the Natural Disasters expansion! :smiling_imp:

We will be using a mod to effect the game. Before setup, you may want to back up any saves you have.

  • Download the Crowd Control mod here
  • Copy the contents of this zip to %LocalAppData%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods
    • You need to run the game at least once with the DLC to create this folder.
    • ā€œReplace files in the destinationā€ if asked.
  • Launch Cities: Skylines.
  • Enable the mod from the ā€œContent Managerā€ in the gamesā€™ main menu.
  • Hit START in the Crowd Control desktop app!
