We’re currently live and streaming. Crowd Control and the game works fine for a while then while the session is still running it will suddenly say no game is active and our viewers cannot see any effects. The extension also ate a couple of our viewers coins without them spending them on anything.
Any help would be incredibly appreciated.
It sounds like the connection between your system and ours is getting disconnected. We don’t have any current reports or see anything odd in our logs with any other connections.
Do you have Spectrum Internet?
As for coins, users coins will be refunded if the effect doesn’t get a confirmation that it triggered. So while the coins will be deducted on purchase of effects after a season is ended or after about 5 minutes they will be refunded.
We do have Spectrum sadly. We ended up switching over to Mario World which ran perfectly.
