Is there a variable list somewhere, with valid variables that I can inject into replies?
I’d like to add the current queue size when users !add a level, but can’t seem to find a list anywhere.

Queue size can only be grabbed from the !queue command or if you query the API to make your own custom replies. With most of the replies unless it is fitting for that command it won’t have universal variables.
If me and durland ever get some free time, we will certainly be rewriting the reply system and allowing more customizations.
