I cannot log in on the desktop app, it will not authenticate my account. I have no idea how to fix it.I have all the correct information including Authy but it doesn’t want to log in.
Same here. I can log into the browser dashboard just fine, but all I get when I log into the desktop app is that error.
Hello, are you able to login to the site? Most login issues are resolved by authenticating to the site first.
I have logged into the site, but it still isn’t working on the desktop app. I’ve tried reinstalling it, twice.

It worked (finally) but now I got a completely different issue with not having the right .NET Framework. I have 4.7.2 but it specifically wants 4.7.1.
You’re most likely missing the latest .NET framework, at least 4.7.1 is required to run crowd control.
