Levels submitted end up in an error and don't que up

Hey guys! Whenever someone tries to add a level through !add (nightbot), it says that the Level ID is INVALID. Please assist!

Hey sorry for the late reply. This happens for any level. Viewers try to add their levels and that error pops up. No one level is an oddity. Its all of them. I have to manually add them to que. Any suggestions?

We are gonna need more information. This doesn’t really seem like a Warp World issue but a user issue. What bot are you using? What is the error you get? What is a specific level code you have seen be tried. Do you have any settings enabled that might block a level?
