.net framework error no matter what I do

I’m confused by this issue. I just installed the 5.0 .net framework and I still get this error when launching crowd control, the error pops up again immediately upon hitting yes or no. I’ve restarted, reinstalled, I’m not sure what else to do.

Some users will get 2 very similar pop ups. One is for the DotNet5 runtime and another is for the DotNet 5 desktop runtime. In both cases you need to download and install the 64 version.

Crap I think I installed the console version lol. It’s working now. Thank you for your help.
