I had a viewer last night say they subbed through the extension. The sub went through, but they said the coins never were deposited. Is there a way to verify?
They don’t get coins automatically by subbing through the extension. After they are subbed they are able to click the redeem button for sub coins.

oh! okay, good to know. I’ll pass that onto them to let them know. Figured it was automatic for some reason lol
