Hi, I’ve done a fresh install of the crowd control desktop app and after logging in and trying to access the games list I’m constantly greeted with the following error:
Any ideas?
Something is either blocking the connection or the process itself to connect to our server is not running. Check any anti-virus you have for any information/logs and see if anything got falsely detected and reinstall the application after allow listing our application.
If you don’t have anti-virus or anything, then it could be a network related issue and we’d need to troubleshoot further.
