A user in my chat has subscribed tier 2, and is unable to redeem their Tier 2 Coins, i have had some issues with my chat members being unable to claim their coins when clearly being subscribed, do you know how i can fix this? or what i am doing wrong?

This bug is something that has been reported and sadly is something out side of our control at the moment. Twitch is investigating and we hope it is resolved soon.
This Bug is still happening as of 8/27/20
